Physical discomfort is an indication of resistance, yes. But it’s also an indication of faster flow. So as you— Feel the difference in what it does to your level of resistance. When you feel the discomfort in your back and you say, “Oh, I must be doing something wrong” - it gets worse. When you say, “Oh, I must have a lot of energy moving, I must have a lot of momentum going” - it releases. Just keep making the statement. Think in terms of the flow and think in terms of how you are deliberately, every day, softening in resistance.
