Guest was saying she can’t be happy when others are suffering
Abe: For most what we speak sounds utterly simplistic.!!! When we say it is as simple as this: “As I stand in my now and I look at the broken and poor and weak and suffering I feel rotten” “And as I imagine them doing better I feel better, Therefore that’s a better choice.”
And many would say “Oh, what a cop-out!! That’s not the better choice. You should get in there and work with them. You should get in there and soothe them”!!
And we say do all of that that you can do provided it doesn’t cause your cork to sink.
In other words people accuse us often of selfishness. Because it seems as if we are saying….. Turn the other cheek, never mind their terrible plight and live happily ever after.
And that is NOT what we are saying.
We are saying, see their suffering but do not let it take you to it. See the suffering long enough to feel the desire erupting within you and then find within you the ability to imagine a better life for them. And exercise the creative beingness that you came to live.
You didn’t come forth into this environment to say, “Oh things are bad. Oh, good for Me” “Oh, they are suffering there…. I’m sorry guys. You got the bum rap. You were born into the poor family. You were born into the sick body. Too bad for you, you must have been bad in a past life. I’m doing well.
That isn’t at all what we are talking about. What we are talking about is: You come forth into this physical experience, you see their plight and you say, “That is wrong. That should not be. They deserve more than that. They are beings that deserve wellness, and I wish wellness for them.”
And then your work begins. You have to imagine wellness even in the reality of their illness. And when you can do that, you continue to be the creative God that you are. You open a vortex and you shine the energy that creates worlds into a dark corner where it was previously not allowed.
And you take satisfaction beyond our ability to describe when you do that.
And you don’t do it for them because they need you. You do it because it is your true nature and because not doing it makes you feel terrible. And because joining them in a lower vibration takes from you the very Source that is you.
