The Art of Allowing = the Path of Least Resistance

You do not have to be fixated upon the subject of your desire in order to allow it in. You just cannot be fixated upon the absence of that desire and let it come in.

So Abraham, does that mean that I can experience contrast that really aggravates me and in a time of great sadness or dissatisfaction or confusion or anger shout out to the universe what I want, with or without words, and the universe will answer it even if I m in that state of anger?

Yes, every time. But you can t let it in if you remain in that state of anger. So the negative emotion is often present in the launching, in the clear launching of desire, but some time between the time you launch the desire and it manifests in your experience, you ve got to vibrationally transition.

And what we recommend is letting go of it.

Now why would you let go of something you really want? Well, you re not letting go of something you want. You are letting go of the resistance of not having it. So the art of allowing is identifying what you want and then moving your mind into places that let it happen. You might call the art of allowing (snip) finding the path of least resistance.

(snip) If there were no resistance, you would be living it.
