When you ask for money, that money IS. And when you keep bemoaning the fact that you don’t have it in your bank account, you deprive yourself of the vibrational alignment with the money that IS, and don’t let it manifest.
And it would manifest. It would manifest FAST if you’d stop doing that thing you’re doing that’s keeping you from discovering the path to the manifestation of the very thing that you are asking for.
