……Now can you feel what is happening here.? In other words by reaching for something specific that is a vibrational match to what she wants Now she just came from a place of really knowing what she does not want , recognising it and finding a LITTLE PIECE of something that is a match ..she has soothed her vibration and brought herself back into vibrational harmony.
Abe [to guest] You have changed in this time your habit of thought relative to this subject. You see what we are getting at? That’s how its done. LITTLE BY LITTLE when you feel negative emotion your work is just to talk about that subject if you can until you feel a LITTLE better And if you can’t do it quickly . In other words if you cant do it in a minute or two leave it and choose some other subject Because by hammering at it, trying to make yourself shift is counter-productive.
If it doesn’t happen easily wait for another opportunity. Your very wise and loving Inner Being will guide you to another opportunity where it will be easier. And you see you don’t make these transitions all at once.
