Pay attention to the way you feel, its everything.

Abe: …(dramatic) Youre watching a movie, its about a stalker, youve never known a stalker, youve never known anyone who knew a stalker, but it s a really well scripted movie and the music is really good. And you had the blankets over your head for most of it. You felt fear, you felt your heart pounding in your chest. Fear causes cancer — and all kinds of other things —. Your at work, youve been there a number of years; youve worked yourself into a very prestigious position, their paying you rather well. Someone else comes to work there, brand new, gets a better office, does a great job, sort of surprised you how fast this person learned and how well received this person is by everyone else. You feel insignificant, you feel jealous. Jealously causes cancer.
Now we could go on and on, we wont go further because your getting a sense of what we are talking about. When you choose thoughts that feel like fear or anger or jealously or guilt, those feelings are your indicator that the thought you are choosing is contradictory in nature to the source energy, and is in fact hindering the source energy. Now many would say But Abraham surely you must agree that I am justified in this negative emotion. These things that are happening around me, how can they be ignored? And we say, with work you can learn to give your attention to the things that feel best. And in very little time you will no longer have vibrational access to those things that dont feel so good.
But sometimes it feels hard to move from where you are into those better feeling places because this is the big reason because most of you have come to believe that reality, the current clump of manifestional stuff around you, deserves more of your attention because after all its real. When someone says imagine what you want and ignore what is, Jesus said it when he said Turn the other cheek, realists say Oh we should not be so fanciful as to put our heads in the clouds and imagine frivolous things. We should be more grounded, we should give our attention to what is, we should face reality, we should be realists. And we say, if your going to insist on being a realist, please be an optimistic one. If your going to insist on being a realist, be a selective shifter that causes you to sort out the things in the earthly buffet that feel good to you as you do. Say, I am a realist who is determined to appreciate. If you would just be a realist who was dead set on appreciating then realism could serve you well. But if your going to be an objective realist, that is even going to give equal time to the pros and the cons, the pluses and the minuses now you are a realist who is filling your vibrational pattern with resistance and you are not allowing your connection to source energy the way you really intended to do it.
So the Art of Allowing means the art of letting in who I really am. When you are allowing your connection to source energy, you feel love, you feel appreciation, you feel vitality, you feel enthusiasm, you feel passion, you feel well-being. So if your feeling frustration or uneasiness, or stronger emotions like anger or fear or depression then you are to varying degrees disallowing your connection to source energy.
