We want to show you how to effectively use this time space reality into which you have been born. We want you to feel the deliciousness of being an extension of your own SOURCE ENERGY. And from that perspective, to evaluate the content of your physical experience. Becoming a more selective sifter. In other words, looking through the physical environment for things that are in vibration up to speed with who you are. You cannot feel you’re in vibrational harmony or disharmony effectively, until you have deliberately established your TONE.
And that is the reason that so many physical teachers and nonphysical teachers, teach you meditation. Because in meditation, you stop thought, if you are doing it effectively. And when you stop thought, you stop any resistant thought, and when there is no resistance, your cork floats. When there’s no resistance, you are then vibrationally up to speed with who you are. And once you do that for a bit, the benefit to you is that you then have a more conscious awareness of vibrational dips. In other words, if you take the time to meditate for 15 or 20 minutes every day for a period of time, what happens is, you begin to acclimate consciously to the higher vibration. When you sleep, the same thing happens because when you sleep you withdraw consciousness and your cork floats. In other words, when you sleep, you return to your higher vibration. But you don’t have a conscious awareness of it. When you meditate and are still conscious but raising your vibration, then even on a cellular levels you are able to recognize whether in this moment, in this subject, in this object of attention, you are up to speed with who you are or not. We want to assist you in being so deliberate in setting your own TONE and so cognizant whether you are in vibrational harmony with your TONE or not so there is a built in, almost on an unconscious level guidance system becomes your experience.”
