There are more illness today, and every single day, as science and medicine is shining a spotlight on what you don’t want, then embarrasing you into going in for the tests, you see.
What you want to say is, “I live in a healthy body. And sometimes it is healthier than others. But under all conditions, my body has the resources to right itself. And it is not about some illness jumping into me, it is about me holding wellness out. And I hold wellness out by pushing against all kinds of things. And I don’t get ill because I focus on cancer every day, or diabetes, or heart disease. I get these things because I find some things to worry about, because I find things to push against, because I feel guilty, blameful and angry.”
