…When I have a desire, I’ve got to become a vibrational match to the desire. I can’t be over here aware that I don’t have it — I’ve got to somehow match it, which means I’ve got to be expectant of it.
That’s a powerful word: expectation. How can I bring myself to a place of expectancy? And you know the difference between talking expectation up and talking discouragement up — In other words, you can tell which you’re doing. So, use expectation as a goal. Begin dovetailing it into more of your sentences: I’m expecting things to go well. I’m expecting my computer processes to stabilize. I’m expecting to have a lovely day. I’m expecting my weight loss to be easy. I’m expecting my lover to come. I’m expecting to find what’s lost. I’m expecting to find what’s missing. I expect to have a good day. I expect the world to go well I’m expecting my life to be good. I’m expecting my creativity to soar. I’m expecting wonderful things to happen. I’m expecting my body to improve. I’m expecting signs of progress. I’m expecting well-being to show up. I’m expecting to understand this more clearly. I’m expecting well-being to be mine. I’m expecting to have a great meal. I’m expecting to have a good server. I’m expecting to have a good neighbor. I’m expecting to have a nice drive home today. I’m expecting to feel good while I’m driving. I’m expecting to live a long, healthy life. I’m expecting to have a good relationship with my children. I’m expecting my relationships to all improve. I’m expecting to feel good in my body. I’m expecting to feel good in my life. I’m expecting my equipment to perform well. I’m expecting to be aware of any changes I need to make. I’m expecting things to turn out well. I’m expecting to have fun in the process.
You get the sense of this? You can talk yourself into wonderful places of expectation, and the world, the Universe will just knock itself out to show you what you are expecting.
It already is.
