Picture a wheel - big, as big as the Universe if you want or as big as your world or as big as this room. And on the outer edge of this wheel are all of the choices, all of the things you could do, all of the relationships, all of the experiences, all of the thoughts. Every thought that’s ever been thought is on the outer edge and now in the sifting and sorting process - good thing, bad thing, good thing, bad thing, wanted, not wanted, wanted, not wanted. Endless task, overwhelming task really.
At the center of the wheel, imagine your emotions. So lets say you’re focusing upon something out there that you’re living and it causes an emotional response from you, maybe you’re having just a glorious moment in time and you feel so joyful in this moment. And as you focus there and that joyful moment becomes the center of your exuding vibrational now — now you are a vibrational match to everything out there on that wheel that’s a perfect vibrational match to the way you feel right now. And now the buffet has become only about those succulent, delicious, sweet, fantastic choices.
But if you are attempting to be an objective human — good, bad, good, bad, good, bad, good, bad, good, bad — now your vibration’s all over the place and now have access to a little bit of all of that stuff you see.
So the more you contour the vibration of your being…which is to say the more you pay attention to the way you feel by deliberately, specifically in the beginning choosing the things that feel good, then the more the buffet does its own sorting before it is put before you.
