The other way is, you beat the drum of what don’t want, you’re sensitive to your emotion, you recognize it doesn’t feel so good. You think, “Well, I know what I don’t want, what is it I do want? Oh yeah, I’d like this”.
You beat the drum of what of what you do want. You beat the drum of what you do want.
You apply your 17 seconds over here on the drum of what you do want rather than applying your 17 seconds over here on the drum of what you don’t want.
So that gradually….in other words… “I don’t want this.” “I do want this.” “I do want this.” “I do want this.” “I don’t want that.” “I do want this.” “I do want this.”
So that what happens is you are gradually, incrementally improving the quality of your life.
