If we were standing in your physical shoes, a day would not go by that we did not make a list of positive aspects of ourself and of those that are closest to us that mean the most to us, in terms of interaction. A day would not go by that we would not count our blessings and name them continually expressing it in every way we could, for in that day to day, moment to moment deliberate acknowledgment, you bring yourself in alignment with how you really feel about you. How you really feel about you is abject adoration. And if you ever feel anything less about you or about anyone, you are not you. There is great love here for you. We are complete.
