If we were standing in your physical shoes and we had heard all of this “stuff” from Abraham and others. And we had heard the variety of endless processes Abraham is offering forth. This is the way we would go about intergrating it into our personal experience: Now remember, our goal with you is to help you intergrate this comfortably and easily and we emphatically want you to hear us when we say: You are doing just fine. In other words, we are not trying to get you to fix something that is broken. You are right upon your path and things are unfolding perfectly for you. This will just help you enjoy the process a little more, to be deliberate in the unfolding is the best of the best of the best!
So, when we go to bed at night, we would lie in our bed and do our best to bask ourselves to sleep. In other words, it would be in the attitude of appreciation and then we would slumber. In the attitude of appreciation you will make best use of your dreamstate AND in the attitude of appeciation right before you slumber, you will get tomorrow off on the best possible foot. So that when you awaken you will be in that energy of connection, you see?
We would awaken and do whatever you need to do first thing in the morning, in terms of brushing your teeth and tending to your comfort, even eating. And then we would go to a comfortable, quiet spot, and we would sit with a piece of paper before us and we would draw a line down the center of the page and we would write as the heading on the left side: “Things I really intend to do today”. And we would just sit there and write the first things that come to mind. What is it that I most need to do today? What do I plan to do today? They will come easily, if you are in that framework of wellbeing. And then we would sit there for another three or four minutes and just ponder the things that we would like the universe to work on. Things that we want, like a baby or like a family that is more in harmony with self or like…world peace.
In other words, anything that you want that you are not ready to take action on, we would write it on the universe s side of the placemat, in other words, we would turn the universe loose on those things, while we would assign ourselves to these things. And then we would go about our day. Now, throughout this day, we would be intimately aware of the way that we feel and we would do our very best to guide our thoughts to those thoughts that are vibrational matches with what feels good. So, through the day, our intent would be to be sensitive to the way we feel and if we found ourselves feeling angry or aggravated or irritable or disappointed about something, we would stop right in the middle of that feeling, as soon as we identified it, and we would say: “Hmmm what is it that I am making a vibrational match with right now? This angry feeling is a match with things going wrong, it is a match with not getting what I want, it is a match .” And within about 30 seconds, you would be laughing about the silliness of this vibrational match. You see what we are getting at?
Now sometime during the day, maybe on the segment of refreshment that you call lunch, or maybe when you get home from work, or maybe even while you are sitting at your desk AT work. Two or three times during the day, we would take some time to actually doodle some things in the creation box, and at ALL times during the day, we would be observing things that we would like to put IN the creation box. In other words, the day would be a day, and you said it beautifully in your earlier statement when you said: “I ve been collecting a lot of data”. That really is what the function of your day is. It is the collection of data. Now, friends, you all thought that it was the work that you did that equalled your life s success.
You all thought that it was the asking to join you in relationships, that was the action of your success. What we are wanting you to hear from us, and we are wanting to put in in a framework that you can really hear: The whole point of your day to day action experience is one singular thing; to collect data for your box. Your box represents your point of vibrational attraction. So the whole point of the day is to just look for good stuff to bring to the box!
That s the whole point of the day! That is the point of work, that is the point of relationships, that is the point of television, that s the point of everything that exists upon your planet. It is there for your data collection. Look for the good stuff and bring it to your box. Now, what your purpose in life is, is the visualization process. To look around and see it like it is, and then imagine it better. To look around and see what is, then imagine it better. The visualization process is your purpose of life. The universe will match it with the physical equivalent. The trick is to not getting swept up in the physical equivalent so much, that you lose sight of your ability to visualize. Can you hear us? The temptation is to then start observing! The temptation is to just start observing, to let what is happening around you dominate your every thought! Your work is to keep pulling yourself back. You go to the gym to work your muscles, we want you to go to the box to work your mind. We want you to WORK at visualization, you see! It is not going to come easy in the beginning!
It s going to be hard, other things are going to call you off, you re going to find your mind wandering all over the place! You are going to have to WORK at maintaining a focus. To maintain a focus of your family and feel good, is going to take a strong deliberate intent, because it s EASIER to follow those kneejerk reactions, those old habits are very well entrenched, you see!
Your purpose in this physical experience is to use the data that abounds, to collect the bits and pieces of it to create a scenario that ROCKS YOUR WORLD!!!!!! And when you do that, the universe will respond with the vibrational equivalent! But we want so much for you to hear…ohhh!…the vibrational equivalent, the physical manifestation, is not what it s about. It s the power of the vision. You are mind more than you are bodies, and there will always be pleasure in your mind. You are mind as these bodies most of the time, friends, don t get so wrapped up in these bodies, it s not who you are. You are mind. You are projectors of thought. You are influencers of well being. You are missionaries of abundance and well being and joy. You are getting sense of what we are talking about?
We have enjoyed this interaction immensely. It is delicious to come together with physical beings who are willing to focus. You are amazing in your willingness to participate in a forum of such concentration for as many hours. We want you to feel a sense of the power that is achieved and the value of a gathering such as this, as this many minds, with this many vibrational connections, bring all of those tentacles and focus singularly with us upon the power of well being. From this room has emanated a vibrational beam that attracts to this physical earthplane more of the energy of abundance and well being that we have been talking about. In other words, the entire planet benefits by such an involvement. Be proud of who you are and appreciative in your part in all of this. Watch for opportunities to praise and most of all, most of all, watch for opportunities to express your own appreciation to yourself. In appreciating yourself, you vibrate in harmony with your core energy. And when you vibrate in harmony with your core energy, you allow that which you are to this physical time and place. There is great love here for you. We are complete.
