The Art of Delegating

In earlier works, Abraham often talked about delegating, which is basically just letting go of the things you THINK you need to do, and handing them over to All That Is to take care of.

So how do you guys delegate?

I've created a hierarchy of top-notch virtual managers to serve me, with ATI at the top.

My list of managers looks something like this:

  • Amazing Experience Architect
  • Chief Well-being and Energy Officer
  • Business Development Manager
  • Manager of Creativity
  • Outrageous Abundance Manager (Head of Finances)
  • Love and Relationships Executive (Dating Guru)

So whenever there's any tasks to be done or questions to be answered I do some Project Management and delegate all the other work to the suits ...

Enjoy Your Journey

What is it about you Physical Creatures that makes you believe that you must justify your existence? I that not what makes you clamor and climb and struggle so hard? As if someone else is taking score, and if you are not moving far enough fast enough, then you will be judged? And we say: There is none of that! You don't have to justify your existence. Being here justifies your existence!

Joyous Becoming

Grasp the concept of BECOMING. Not unhappy now. Not unfulfilled now, while upon a journey that will later lead to more happiness, or more success -- but a free, joyous, growing being continuing upon your path of creativity.

There is not much that we could offer to you that would be of more value to you, as deliberate creators, than an understanding of being in a state of joyous becoming.

handling snags, keeping creativity flowing

There is not a rigid formula for creativity to flow. It flows through the crack of least resistance. So creativity flows easily around a busy schedule. It flows easily around having a lot of irons in the fire. But it has a hard time flowing through resistance or through blame or through ill will.

So her busyness won't hinder you, but your irritation at her busyness will hinder you.

Grasp the Concept of BECOMING!

Most physical beings have no idea that they are the absolute creator of their own experience. They have followed the lead of those who have gone before in giving credit or blame to any number of other people, institutions, and so on. However, a very large sector of the population of the planet is becoming increasingly aware that they do influence their experiences, through thought or attitude, and a somewhat smaller sector has begun the deliberate search for the details of how to be in more deliberate control of their own experience ...

Enjoy Your Journey

There is a tendency to feel yourself rushed, in other words, "we have very little time for this." And that, above all things, takes the joy out of your journey, doesn't it? When you have to do something with your attention upon the pressure of time, rather than enjoying the delicious creativity of the project, we say, it is of little value to create anything under those conditions.

expectancy

...When I have a desire, I've got to become a vibrational match to the desire. I can't be over here aware that I don't have it -- I've got to somehow match it, which means I've got to be expectant of it.

That's a powerful word: expectation. How can I bring myself to a place of expectancy? And you know the difference between talking expectation up and talking discouragement up -- In other words, you can tell which you're doing. So, use expectation as a goal. Begin dovetailing it into more of your sentences: I'm expecting things to go well ...
